Below explains the process of booking an in person , walk in or virtual consultation with our office.

Consultation
Spending time with the patient to listen, address inquiries, educate and advise is a very important part of the procedural process. The Beaux Arts team values communication that ensures the patient feels confident and supported prior to committing to any service. In-person or virtual consultations with our office can be booked online, over the phone or walk in. (BMI requirement 35 and below)
Virtual Consultation
The virtual consultation allows new patients interested in having a procedure performed by Dr. Banks to meet with the Patient Care Coordinator for a virtual informational session . The new patient meets with the coordinator to discuss the patient's overall goals, available procedure options, scheduling process and valuable education regarding their procedure.
30 minutes - Non-refundable $50.00 fee (Applies to overall cost of procedure)
Modern Aesthetic Consultation w/ Dr. Banks
New patients have the opportunity to meet with Dr. Banks to discuss their goals for a procedure. The doctor will evaluate areas of interest and give her professional advice on what she believes would be the best option for you to achieve optimal results.
Up to 45 minutes - In Person Fee : $200.00 non-refundable fee (if patient has received a virtual consult, then fee is $150.00. All fees are applied to overall procedure cost)
Walk-in Modern Aesthetic Consultation w/ Dr. Banks
New patients are welcome to walk-in and meet with Dr. Banks to discuss their goals and interests for a procedure (same day availability if the doctor's schedule permits). The doctor will evaluate your areas of interest and give her professional advice on what she believes would be the best option for you to achieve optimal results.
Up to 60 minutes - In Person Fee : $200.00 non-refundable fee (All fees are applied to overall procedure cost)
